The invention relates to a method for the precipitation of nickel from an aqueous solution containing its sulphate as a metallic powder suitable as an alloying element for refined steel. In this method, nickel reduction takes place continuously in one or several autoclaves at a temperature of 80 - 180 °C and hydrogen pressure of 1 - 20 bar, whereby the production capacity can be raised significantly, compared to batch processes made in correspondingly dimensioned devices or equipment.

L'invention concerne un procédé relatif à la précipitation du nickel à partir d'une solution aqueuse dans laquelle son sulfate est une poudre métallique appropriée comme élément d'alliage pour l'acier raffiné. La réduction s'effectue en continu dans un ou plusieurs autoclaves à une température comprise entre 80 DEG C et 180 DEG C et sous une pression d'hydrogène comprise entre 1 et 20 bar, moyennant quoi il est possible d'augmenter de façon significative la capacité de production, par rapport aux procédés discontinus reposant sur l'utilisation de dispositifs ou équipements dimensionnés en conséquence.
