A method of conducting real time, on-line financial transactions includes operating at least one communication network (12) which can communicate with first and second communication devices (14, 16) having first and second electronic addresses respectively, the communication network (12) being in communication with one or more databases (20) which contain details of first and second accounts, receiving information from the first communication device (14), which information includes details of transfer to be made into the second account from the first account, communicating a signal to interrogate the first account to determine if the transfer can be made, and if the transfer can be made, debiting the first account with the amount of the transfer, and crediting the second account with the amount of the transfer.
L'invention porte sur un procédé d'exécution de transactions financière en temps réel et en ligne exploitant au moins un réseau (12) de télécommunications pouvant communiquer avec un premier et un deuxième dispositif (14, 16) de télécommunications comportant respectivement une première et une deuxième adresse, ledit réseau (12) étant en communication avec une ou plusieurs bases de données (20) contenant des détails sur le premier compte et un sur le deuxième compte et recevant du premier dispositif de télécommunications (14) des informations comprenant les détails des transferts à exécuter vers le deuxième compte à partir du premier compte, puis transmettant un signal pour interroger le premier compte afin de déterminer si le transfert peut se faire, et si oui, débiter le premier compte du montant du transfert, puis créditer le deuxième compte dudit montant.
