The present invention provides a method of producing a multilayer barrier structure in a solid oxide cell stack, comprising the steps of: - providing a metal interconnect; - applying a first metal oxide layer on said metal interconnect; - applying a second metal oxide layer on top of said first metal oxide layer; - applying a third metal oxide layer on top of said second metal oxide layer; - forming a solid oxide cell stack comprising said metal interconnect having said metal oxide layers thereon; and - reacting the metal oxide in said first metal oxide layer with the metal of said metal interconnect during the SOC-stack initialisation, and a solid oxide stack comprising an anode contact layer and support structure, an anode layer, an electrolyte layer, a cathode layer, a cathode contact layer, a metallic interconnect, and a multilayer barrier structure which is obtainable by the above method and through an initialisation step, which is carried out under controlled conditions for atmosphere composition and current load, which depends on the layer composition facilitating the formation of the desired reaction products as a dense barrier layer without chromium species migrating to the air-electrode.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une structure de barrière multicouches dans une pile à combustible à oxyde solide, comprenant les étapes consistant à : - fournir une interconnexion métallique; - appliquer une première couche d'oxyde de métal sur ladite interconnexion métallique; - appliquer une seconde couche d'oxyde de métal au-dessus de ladite première couche d'oxyde de métal; - appliquer une troisième couche d'oxyde de métal au-dessus de ladite seconde couche d'oxyde de métal; - former une pile à combustible d'oxyde solide comprenant ladite interconnexion métallique comportant lesdites couches d'oxyde de métal sur celle-ci; et - réagir l'oxyde de métal dans ladite première couche d'oxyde de métal avec le métal de ladite interconnexion métallique pendant l'initialisation de la pile SOC, et une pile d'oxyde solide comprenant une couche de contact d'anode et une structure de support, une couche d'anode, une couche d'électrolyte, une couche de cathode, une couche de contact de cathode, une interconnexion métallique, et une structure de barrière multicouches pouvant être obtenue par le procédé qui précède et au travers d'une étape d'initialisation, réalisée dans des conditions contrôlées quant à la composition de l'atmosphère et la charge de courant, dépendant de la composition de la couche facilitant la formation des produits de réaction désirés comme une couche de barrière dense sans que des espèces de chrome migrent vers l'électrode à air.
