A parcels conveyor consisting of a number of identical roller/shaft units extending along the width of the conveyor, each of them connected to a link of a longitudinally rigid, but sidewards flexible chain, e.g. a cardan chain, by which the conveyor due to a push force exerted at one end thereof can be introduced rectilinearly and/or in a curve into the cargo compartment of e.g, an aircraft. The roller/shaft units have upper supporting rollers for the cargo to be transported, and lower supporting rollers which together with the chain carry the units on the floor.
