The device comprises an upper member (8) and means (11) adapted to perforate the upper surface of the sachet (1) and inject water, a lower member (2) with raised and hollow portions (19) and flow holes (20), the two members forming between one another and each representing substantially half of a cavity providing the sachet with a defined shape, tightening being ensured by auxiliary fastening means (3, 7) integral with the upper member and the lower member respectively.
