An active fluid mounting for isolating vibration between a vibrating member (21) and a structure (23). In one aspect, the active fluid mounting (20) includes an inner member (22), an outer member (24), a first flexible element (26), and a cartridge-like active fluid element (28) which is unitary and readily detachable, attached between the inner and outer members (22 and 24). The cartridge-like active fluid element (28) preferably includes a first housing member (30) for attachment to inner member (22), a second housing member (32) for attachment to outer member (24), a second flexible element (34) for flexibly interconnecting first housing member (30) to second housing member (32), at least one fluid chamber (36) having a volume stiffness, a fluid (40) contained within, a moveable piston (42) interacting with fluid (40) in the fluid chamber (36) to cause pressure variations and produce dynamic forces which act between the inner and outer member (22 and 24), and a preferably coil-and-magnet assembly (44) for driving piston (42) housed internally within active fluid element (28). In another aspect, a piston (42a) which is inductively driven is described. In yet another, an interchangeable motor unit including a magnet (68), coil (70), and pole pieces (66) is received within the inner member (22).
L'invention concerne un montage à fluide actif pour isoler les vibrations entre un élément vibrant (21) et une structure (23). Selon un aspect, ledit montage (20) a une pièce interne (22), une pièce externe (24), un premier élément flexible (26), et un élément à fluide actif de type cartouche (28), unitaire et facilement amovible, fixé entre les pièces interne et externe (22) et (24). L'élément à fluide actif de type cartouche (28) a de préférence un premier boîtier (30) pour être fixé à la pièce interne (22), un second boîtier (32) pour être fixé à la pièce externe (24), un second élément flexible (34) pour le rattachement flexible des premier et second boîtiers (30) et (32), au moins une chambre à fluide (36), rigide en volume, contenant un fluide (40), un piston mobile (42) en interaction avec le fluide (40) dans la chambre à fluide (36) pour faire varier la pression et engendrer des forces dynamiques agissant entre les pièces interne et externe (22) et (24), et de préférence un ensemble bobine-aimant (44) pour entraîner le piston (42) placé dans l'élément à fluide actif (28). Selon un deuxième aspect, on décrit un piston (42a) entraîné par induction. Selon un troisième aspect, un ensemble moteur interchangeable comprenant un aimant (68), une bobine (70) et des pièces polaires (66) est logé dans la pièce interne (22).
