The invention relates to a safe hydrogen-storing tank that is easy to manufacture and enables the quick kinetic absorption of hydrogen, which reduces the variations in volume and has a low cost in terms of material and energy. The invention has the aim of providing a tank for storing hydrogen, including a hydrogen inlet (21) and a hydrogen outlet (22) in fluid communication with at least one solid body (10-11) capable of the exothermal absorption and endothermal desorption of hydrogen, wherein said at least one solid body (10-11) is made of a compacted material containing light metal hydride and a heat-conducting matrix, and wherein said at least one solid body (10-11) is in heat-transfer relation with at least one heat recovery material (42) free from salt or molten-salt compounds and capable of absorbing the heat generated by the hydrogen absorption and of releasing said absorbed heat so as to provide heat for hydrogen desorption.
L'invention propose un réservoir de stockage d'hydrogène sûr, facile ô fabriquer, permettant une cinétique rapide d'absorption de l'hydrogène, minimisant les variations de volume et peu coûteux en matériau et en énergie. L'invention a pour objet un réservoir de stockage d'hydrogène comprenant une entrée (21) et une sortie (22) d'hydrogène en communication fluidique avec au moins un corps solide (10-11) capable d'absorption exothermique et de désorption endothermique de l'hydrogène, dans lequel ledit au moins un corps solide (10-11) est formé d'un matériau compacté comprenant de l'hydrure métallique léger et une matrice thermiquement conductrice, et dans lequel ledit au moins un corps solide (10-11) est en relation de transfert de chaleur avec au moins un matériau de récupération de chaleur (42), dépourvu de composé de type sels ou sels fondus, et apte ô absorber la chaleur produite par l'absorption de l'hydrogène, et ô restituer cette chaleur absorbée pour fournir de la chaleur pour la désorption de l'hydrogène.
