Abstract Use of Azepinone Derivatives The compounds 5,11-dihydro-11-[[(1-methyl-4- piperidinyl)-amino]carbonyl]-6H-dibenz[b,e]azepin-6-one, 5,11-dihydro-11-[(1-methyl-4-piperidinyl)acetyl]-6H- dibenz[b,e]azepin-6-one and 5,11-dihydro-11-[(4-methyl- 1-piperazinyl)acetyl]-6H-dibenz[b,e]azepin-6-one and their enantiomers and their physiologically acceptable acid addition salts are suitable for use in the treatment of acute and chronic obstructive disorders of the respiratory tract.
