There is provided FV derivatives that reduce blood clotting activity, by reducing thrombin generation, when compared to wild-type FV. In particular, the FV of the present invention comprises single-point and multi-point mutations, encompassed by aspartic acid 79 to glutamic acid 119. The derivatives can be used to treat patient with conditions necessitating reduced clotting activity.
La présente invention concerne des dérivés du FV qui réduisent l'activité de coagulation sanguine en diminuant la production de thrombine, par comparaison avec le FV de type sauvage. En particulier, le FV de l'invention comprend des mutations ponctuelles et des mutations multipoints, comprises entre l'acide aspartique 79 et l'acide glutamique 119. Les dérivés de l'invention peuvent être utilisés pour traiter des patients dont l'état requiert une activité de coagulation réduite.
