The invention concerns novel aminophenol derivatives, a composition containing them and their use in a composition as depigmenting and/or bleaching agent for human skin, hairs and/or hair. The invention also concerns a method for depigmenting and/or bleaching the skin, hairs and/or hair, which consists in applying on human skin, hairs and/or hair a composition containing said novel compounds (I).

L'invention se rapporte à de nouveaux dérivés d'amiophénol de formule I: Image dans laquelle R représente H ou un radical -COR2, R2 représentant un radical alkyle ou alkoxyle, et R1 est choisi parmi les radicaux (a) -CO-NR3R4, (b) -CO-O-R5 et (c) -SO2-R5, avec R3 et R4 représentant H ou un radical alkyle et R5 représentant un radical alkyle. L'invention se rapporte aussi à une composition comprenant ces dérivés et à leur utilisation dans une composition comme agent dépigmentant et/ou blanchissant de la peau humaine, des poils et/ou des cheveux. L'invention se rapporte enfin à un procédé de dépigmentation et/ou de blanchiment de la peau, des poils et/ou des cheveux, consistant à appliquer sur 1a peau humaine, les poils et/ou les cheveux une composition comprenant ces nouveaux dérivés.
