The present invention relates to an electrolier flag, and more particularly to an adornment flag that is able to emit light by itself and revolves around the flay-rod under effort of the wind as standing at outside. Wherein the integral flag unit made from transparent material includes a banner portion and a lamp reflector portion, by means of the lamp reflector the flag can be attached on a tube holding a string of bulbs with cables at inside in pivot connection so that the light shine can be conduced into the banner by the lamp reflector to make it give out light for improving the commerce value.
