The Present invention is related to an improved structure of a ball valve especially used in food, said ball valve is a hollow valve body. A ball shape gate having penetrating channel is installed on the hollow crossing portion of said valve body. A rotary buckle groove is a installed on the upper end of said ball shape gate. A rotary handle has a buckle plate which is projected to the hollow crossing portion of the valve body, they are engaged to combine with said groove so presented as an actuating portion for controlling the rotation of said ball shape gate, as well as the openings on the right and left rim end of said valve body are installed with a drain preventing pad and seal ring, respectively, and then the axle tube is combined on the left and right openings for screwedly combining to form as a integral body, as the ball valve are assembled, the characterized in that: said valve body has an hollow crossing portion which is designed with a tilting surface with a proper tilting angle, and the interface is adjacent with the center of the valve body so that the center portion of said valve is a concave drain tank. and on the tilted upper side and lower side are installed with a gas (or water) inlet and a gas (water) output, respectively, which are penetrated through said drain tank, thus, the cleaning of said ball valve may be performed by introducing or draining vapor.
La présente invention a trait à une structure améliorée de clapet à boule surtout utilisée dans l'industrie alimentaire; ce clapet à boule possède un corps creux. Un obturateur en forme de boule muni d'un canal d'entrée est monté sur la partie traversante creuse du corps de clapet. Une rainure pour élément rotatif de fixation se trouve sur l'extrémité supérieure de l'obturateur en forme de boule. Une poignée tournante est munie d'un plaque à élément de fixation qui fait saillie vers la partie traversante creuse du corps de clapet; les deux s'engagent pour se combiner avec la rainure qui se présente sous forme d'une pièce de manoeuvre servant à commander la rotation de l'obturateur en forme de boule. Les ouvertures sur les extrémités rondes du corps de clapet sont respectivement équipées d'une bague anti-égouttement et d'un anneau d'étanchéité, et ensuite, le tube est réuni dans le sens axial aux ouvertures gauche et droite pour former par vissage un corps intégré et assemblés pour former le clapet à boule. Le clapet est caractérisé par le fait que son corps possède une partie creuse traversante comportant une surface inclinée selon un angle approprié et que son interface est adjacente au centre du corps de clapet de sorte que la partie centrale du clapet forme un réservoir de purge concave, et sur le côtés inclinés supérieur et inférieur sont installées respectivement, une entrée de gaz (d'eau) et une sortie d'eau (de gaz), qui se rendent dans le réservoir de purge, et permettent de nettoyer le clapet à boule en introduisant de la vapeur ou en la chassant.
