A toy animal (20) having a rigid body (22) with movable legs (27 - 30), head ((24) and tail (26), is operated by internal gear mechanisms (56 - 65, 80 - 84, 103, 105 - 110, 113 - 119, 121 - 125) powered by a single, reversible, battery-powered motor (54) operated in different directions. A hand controller (32) is attached (34, 36) to the body to actuate the single motor in a selected direction to either move the plurality of legs to cause movement of the body while wagging the animal's tail, and to then cause the toy animal to urinate, or to move the head and actuate a tongue (46) held in the head to lick a person holding the toy animal, or ingest fluid (50, 52). The toy animal may also include a speaker (33) and related circuitry that is actuated to cause the toy animal to make sounds, such as a bark, panting, a whimper and/or a tinkling sound at appropriate times.
L'invention concerne un jouet animalier (20) ayant un corps rigide (22), des jambes (27 - 30) mobiles, une tête (24) et une queue (26), ce jouet étant actionné par des mécanismes d'engrenages internes (56 - 65, 80 - 84, 103, 105 - 110, 113 - 119, 121 - 125) entraînés par un seul moteur à mouvement réversible sur batterie (54) actionné dans plusieurs directions. Une commande manuelle (32) est reliée (34, 36) au corps pour actionner le moteur dans une direction déterminée, soit pour déplacer la pluralité de jambes et mouvoir ainsi le corps avec frétillement de la queue avant de faire uriner l'animal, soit pour mouvoir la tête et actionner la langue (46) maintenue dans la tête, la langue léchant alors la personne qui tient le jouet ou lapant un liquide (50, 52). Ce jouet animalier comporte également un haut-parleur (33) et des circuits associés, qui sont actionnés pour faire émettre des sons au jouet, tels que des sons d'aboiement, de halètement, de gémissement et/ou de grelot au moment approprié.
