The invention relates to an annular chromatograph comprising a particle bed which rotates on a rotary plate (3), said plate having eluate drainage lines, with regard to a stationary base and a stationary feeder head (10) with continuous feeder lines. Said particle bed is configured between an inner cylinder (13) and a cylinder sleeve (6). The invention is characterized in that a central column (2) is provided on the rotary plate (3) and extends upwards and through the feeder head (10). In addition, a tightening device (16, 17) for pressing the feeder head (10) on the cylinder sleeve (6) is arranged on said column.
L'invention concerne un chromatographe annulaire comportant un lit particulaire tournant, sur un plateau tournant (3) muni de canalisations d'évacuation d'éluat, par rapport à une base fixe et à une tête d'alimentation (10) fixe pourvue de canalisations d'alimentation traversantes, ce lit particulaire étant formé entre un cylindre intérieur (13) et une enveloppe de cylindre (6). Le chromatographe annulaire est caractérisé en ce que sur le plateau tournant (3) se trouve une colonne centrale (2) qui s'étend vers le haut et passe à travers la tête d'alimentation (10), et sur laquelle est situé un dispositif de serrage (16, 17) pour serrer la tête d'alimentation (10) contre l'enveloppe de cylindre (6).
