ABSTRACT: There are provided anti-tumor agents comprising as active ingredient platinum complexed directly or via dextran- amine moieties to an anti-tumor immunoglobulin. These are prepared by reacting an anti-tumor immunoglobulin or such immunoglobulin coupled to a dextran-amine with a platinum salt. Immunoglobulins having a specific binding activity towards certain types of cancer cells can be used. Immuno- globulins specific for ovarian or testicular carcinoma or for renal adenocarcinoma complexed directly or via dextran-amine moieties with platinum are effective agents for the treatment of these malignancies.
