Le mélange de réaction pour la fabrica- tion de la couche de couverture contient, outre un polyisocyanate trifonctionnel et un polyol trifonc- tionnel, un polyétherpolyol difonctionnel sulfoné ou contenant des radicaux sulfonate, un polyéther-poly- siloxanne non ionique et un tensio-actif non ionique sous la forme d'un alcool gras éthoxylé et/ou d'une amine grasse éthoxylée.
