Constructs consisting of antigen-based heteropolymers (AHP's) are provided. The antigen-based heteropolymers comprise at least one monoclonal antibody specific for binding to complement receptor (CR1) site on a human or non-human primate erythrocyte, and the anti-CR1 monoclonal antibody is cross-linked to an antigen specific for a target pathogenic autoantibody. Further provided is a method for treating antoimmune diseases in human or non-human primates using the AHP.

L'invention concerne des produits de recombinaison constitués d'hétéropolymères à base d'antigen (AHP). Les hétéropolymères à base d'antigènes comprennent au moins un anticorps monoclonal se fixant spécifiquement au site récepteur du complément (CR1) sur un éthythrocyte humain ou de primate, et l'anticorps monoclonal anti-CR1 est réticulé en un antigène spécifique à un auto-anticorps pathogène cible. L'invention concerne également un procédé de traitement de maladies autoimmunes chez l'homme ou chez des primates, utilisant les AHP.
