A derivative of an antigen non-specific human glycosylation inhibiting factor of SEQ ID NO: 1, wherein the derivative has enhanced biological activity as compared to the antigen non-specific human glycosylation inhibiting factor having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; a polynucleotide encoding a derivative of an antigen non-specific human glycosylation inhibiting factor of SEQ ID NO: 1, wherein the derivative contains a mutation of the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, and has enhanced biological activity as compared to the antigen non-specific human glycosylation inhibiting factor having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; recombinant vectors containing the polynucleotide; prokaryotic or eucaryotic cells transformed with the polynucleotide; methods of producing the antigen non-specific human glycosylation inhibiting factor derivatives; pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antigen non-specific human glycosylation inhibiting factor derivative and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier; and methods of suppressing a human immune response to an antigen are provided.
L'invention concerne un dérivé d'un facteur d'inhibition de la glycosylation humain non spécifique d'antigène dont le numéro d'identification de séquence est 1, ce dérivé étant pourvu d'une activité biologique renforcée par rapport au facteur d'inhibition de la glycosylation humain non spécifique d'antigène possédant la séquence d'acides aminés correspondant au numéro d'identification de séquence 1. Elle concerne également un polynucléotide codant un dérivé d'un facteur d'inhibition de la glycosylation humain non spécifique d'antigène dont le numéro d'identification de séquence est 1, ce dérivé contenant une mutation de la séquence nucléotidique dont le numéro d'identification est 1 et étant pourvu d'une activité biologique renforcée par rapport au facteur d'inhibition de la glycosylation humain non spécifique d'antigène possédant la séquence d'acides aminés correspondant au numéro d'identification de séquence 1. Elle porte en outre sur des vecteurs de recombinaison contenant le polynucléotide, des cellules procaryotes ou eucaryotes transformées par celui-ci, des procédés de production de dérivés de facteur d'inhibition de la glycosylation non spécifique d'antigène, des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant le dérivé de facteur d'inhibition de la glycosylation non spécifique d'antigène ainsi que sur un véhicule acceptable du point de vue pharmaceutique et des procédés visant à la suppression d'une réponse immunitaire humaine à un antigène.
