A submersible pump connected fluid-tight using a vessel located directly to the end of a reverse osmosis membrane. The pump receives the sap directly to its input from a high pressure pump through an injection nozzle installed in the base of the vessel; the submersible pump pushes the sap via a highly turbulent flow with axial cyclone directly into the end of the membrane with a wire mesh support. The pump outlet connection is very close thereby providing optimum turbulence efficiency and flow at the critical bacteria formation point during the concentration process; the injection of the new sap at the pump inlet provides a mixture as quickly as possible between the sap and the concentrate that is circulating very rapidly in the quickly in the vessel.
Une pompe submersible connectée de façon étanche à l'aide d'une soucoupe directement à l'extrémité d'une membrane d'osmose inversée; la pompe reçoit la sève directement à son entrée provenant d'une pompe haute pression à travers une buse d'injection installée dans le bouchon de base du caisson; la pompe submersible pousse, en écoulement très turbulent avec effet cyclone et axial, la sève directement dans le bout de la membrane enroulée sur un grillage de support; la connexion de la sortie de la pompe étant très proche donne une efficacité optimale de turbulence et de débit à l'endroit critique de formation bactériologique pendant le processus de concentration; l'injection de la nouvelle sève à l'entrée de la pompe assure un mélange le plus vite possible entre la sève et le concentré qui circule très rapidement en circuit fermé dans le caisson.
