ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Apparatus for drawing molten streams of glass into filaments and severing the filaments into segments is provided wherein the cot wheel is eccentrically mounted to provide automatic micro-adjustment with respect to the cutter roll, and wherein the cutter roll is releasably secured to provide macro-adjustment to accomodate cot wheels of different diameters.
