ABSTRACT The present invention concerns a device used to fill reservoirs with liquids to predetermined levels. The apparatus includes a valve for controlling the flow of liquid, which passes from a pressured conduit through the said apparatus and empties into a reservoir. The said valve may be re-opened manually or by a decrease in pressure in the incoming conduit. The apparatus may be used with a garden hose, for filling swimming pools and agricultural or industrial reservoirs, to a desired level.
