A method and composition for forming an adhesive bond is described. The method includes depositing an aqueous dispersion on a substrate to form a selectively activatable coating, the aqueous dispersion including (A) a polymer capable of forming an adhesive, (B) at least one dispersing agent; and (C) at least one of a tackifying resin, a wax, or an oil wherein the dispersion has at least one of an average particle size of from about 0.1 to about 100 microns and a polydispersity of less than 5; and selectively activating at least a portion of the coated substrate to form the adhesive bond.

L'invention concerne un procédé et une composition permettant de former une fixation par collage. Le procédé consiste à déposer une dispersion aqueuse sur un substrat afin de former un revêtement activable sélectivement, la dispersion aqueuse comprenant (A) un polymère capable de former un adhésif, (B) au moins un agent dispersant ; et (C) au moins une résine poisseuse, une cire ou une huile. Cette dispersion comprend au moins une dimension granulométrique moyenne située entre environ 0,1 et environ 100 microns et une polydispersité inférieure à 5. Le procédé consiste également à activer sélectivement au moins une partie du substrat revêtu afin de former la fixation par collage.
