The invention proposes an arrangement for handling an implant (1) to be inserted into bone, with a transfer cap (2) which can be fitted onto the implant (1) in a releasable manner, and with an adapter (3) which engages on the implant (1) with a form fit. The implant head (10) is provided with an internal or external polygon (17), an outer implant shoulder (11), and a shoulder edge (110) located underneath the implant shoulder (11). The transfer cap (2) has a contact surface (25) complementary to the implant shoulder (11), and an elastic lip (26) engaging over the shoulder edge (110). The adapter (3) has a polygon (30) which is intended to engage in the polygon (17) on the implant (1). A plug-type extension (33) of the adapter (3) is used for attachment of a screwing-in instrument. When the transfer cap (2) is fitted on the implant (1) and the adapter (3) is plugged in, the polygon (30) of the latter comes into engagement with the polygon (17) on the implant (1). The plug-type extension (33) of the adapter (3) protruding through the transfer cap (2) lies on the outside. The transfer cap (2) and the adapter (3) plugged therein are connected to one another in a releasable manner. The release force for severing the connection between implant (1) and transfer cap (2) is greater than the release force for severing the connection between transfer cap (2) and adapter (3). The arrangement simplifies proceedings when inserting the implants (1) and when taking impressions. The load exerted on newly inserted implants (1) decreases; at the same time the number of instruments required is reduced.
La présente invention concerne un ensemble permettant de manipuler un implant (1) destiné à une intégration osseuse. Cet ensemble comprend un cache de transfert (2), qui peut être emboîté de manière amovible sur l'implant (1), ainsi qu'un adaptateur (3), qui s'engage par liaison de forme sur l'implant (1). Un polyèdre (17) interne ou externe, un épaulement d'implant (11) extérieur et une arête d'épaulement (110) se trouvant sous l'épaulement d'implant (11) sont situés sur la tête (10) de l'implant. Ledit cache de transfert (2) présente une surface de contact (25), qui est complémentaire de l'épaulement d'implant (11), ainsi qu'une lèvre élastique (26), qui s'emboîte sur l'arête d'épaulement (110). Ledit adaptateur (3) présente un polyèdre (30) qui est conçu pour venir en prise dans le polyèdre (17) se trouvant sur l'implant (1). Une saillie enfichable (33) de l'adaptateur (3) permet d'appliquer un instrument de vissage. Lorsque le cache de transfert (2) est emboîté sur l'implant (1) et que l'adaptateur (3) est engagé sur l'implant (1), le polyèdre (30) de l'adaptateur vient en prise avec le polyèdre (17) se trouvant sur l'implant (1). La saillie (33) de l'adaptateur (3) pénétrant dans le cache de transfert (2) se trouve à l'extérieur. Le cache de transfert (2) et l'adaptateur (3) qui est introduit dans ce dernier sont connectés l'un à l'autre de manière amovible.
