A method for producing an article having a predetermined surface shape, wherein a sol-gel material is placed in the form of a film between a substrate and a forming mold in a state of close contact to both of them and they are heated, to prepare an article having a substrate and, formed on the surface thereof, a gelled coating film having a surface of a shape obtained by inverting the surface shape of the forming mold, characterized in that the sol- gel material comprises a silane compound represented by R1SiX3, wherein R1 is an alkyl group or a hydrogen atom and X is an alkoxyl group or a halogen atom, and a silane compound represented by R2SiY3, wherein R2 is an alkyl group or a hydrogen atom and Y is an alkoxyl group or a halogen atom; and an article having a predetermined surface shape produced by the method. The method allows the perfect transfer of a forming mold and a thick film patterning having a depth of the order of several tens µm, and further the prevention of cracking and the production of a film having high hardness.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un article présentant une surface à forme prédéterminée, dans lequel un matériau sol-gel est placé, sous forme de film, en contact étroit entre un substrat et un moule de formage lesquels sont chauffés, dans le but de préparer un article comportant un substrat; un film de revêtement gélifié dont la forme de sa surface est obtenue par inversion de la forme de la surface du moule de formage étant formé à sa surface. En outre, le matériau sol-gel renferme un composé silane représenté par R?1¿SiY¿3?, dans lequel R?1¿représente un groupe alkyle ou un atome d'hydrogène et X représente un groupe alcoxyle ou un atome d'halogène, et un composé silane représenté par R?2¿SiY¿3?, dans lequel R?2¿ représente un groupe alkyle ou un atome d'hydrogène et Y représente un groupe alcoxyle ou un atome d'halogène. Par ailleurs, cette invention concerne un article présentant une forme de surface prédéterminée obtenu avec ce procédé. Ce procédé permet d'une part de réaliser un transfert parfait du moule de formage et du motif de film épais dont la profondeur est de l'ordre de plusieurs dizaines d'µm, et permet d'autre part de prévenir les fissurations et de produire un film à dureté élevée.
