The invention relates to articles having an antibacterial and antifungal activity, comprising zinc sulphide. The inventive yarns, fibres, filaments and articles can be used, for example, in the production of any product that is likely to come into contact with bacteria and/or fungi, such as medical textile materials, clothing, carpets, curtains and bedding. The invention also relates to the use of zinc sulphide for the production of yarns, fibres, filaments and/or articles with antibacterial and antifungal properties.
La présente invention concerne des articles ayant une activité antibactérienne et antifongique comprenant du sulfure de zinc. Les fils, fibres, filaments et articles selon la présente invention peuvent notamment être mis en oeuvre dans la fabrication de tout produit susceptible d'être mis en contact avec des bactéries et/ou champignons, tels que par exemple des vêtements, tapis, rideaux, literies et les matériaux textiles médicaux.
