The present invention provides a simple and efficient means for the operator to anchor provided tools for collision repair at the site of the work while providing facility to articulate these tools in two planes in order to enhance the efficacy of the application of force during the action of repair. Further, the present invention allows the operator to freely select the desired vector for the application of force and to secure this vector by introducing a novel mounting means which promotes ease of setup and disassembly. The present invention provides a means to apply force as required by the work while avoiding obstruction in the path of the work often present in automotive geometry. In providing facility for ease of mounting, selection of the desired force vector, and a means to avoid obstruction in the path of the work, the present invention reduces setup, operation, and disassembly time for the operator thereby increasing productivity while significantly enhancing safety.
