The pressure distributing body has a thickness on the line connecting the centers of rotation such that the path of the joint axes of the centers of rotation has a radius R = R2 - R1 - D, where the geometric design of the joint is determined by a joint chain with two joint axes passing through the centers of rotation of the functional surfaces with the radii R1 and R2, where R1 is the radius of the circular cross-sectional contour of the functional surface with the center of rotation M1, and R2 is the radius of the circular cross-sectional contour of the functional surface with the center of rotation.
