ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A pressurized metered-dose aerosol containing an orally inhalable pharmaceutical composition comprising a mixture of salbutamol sulphate, at least 90% by wt. of which has a particle size of less than 10 microns, atropine methonitrate, at least 90% by wt. of which has a particle size of less than 10 microns and a surfactant/wetting agent suspended in an aerosol propellant. Each actuation of the aerosol valve delivers salbutamol sulphate equivalent to from 50 to 200 mcg salbutamol and atropine methonitrate equivalent to from 50 to 300 mcg atropine.
