The invention concerns an automated device for maintaining wooden elements on a pressing table for assembling them. It is made up of a pressing table (1) with a wooden plate (3) and a mobile gantry (2) comprising a magazine for storing saw logs (4) consisting of vertical spindles mounted on a rail (9) laterally fixed on the gantry and on which can be strung the saw logs which comprise a vertical bore with spring balls maintaining them by means of grooves provided on the spindles, a motoring unit sliding along the rail for placing, removing and storing the saw logs, being equipped with a vertically mobile gripper comprising a lateral U-shaped opening for being inserted in ring-shaped grooves provided at the periphery of the saw logs. The invention is designed for making various types of assemblies such as frame elements, and particularly prefab main trusses of restricted dimensions known as "false gable trusses", and widely used in traditional construction for supporting sloping roofs.
La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif automatisé de maintien d'éléments en bois sur une table de pressage en vue de leur assemblage. Il est constitué d'une table (1) de pressage avec plateau (3) en bois et un portique (2) mobile comportant un magasin de stockage des plots (4) constitués de broches verticales montées sous un rail (9) fixé latéralement sur le portique et sur lesquelles peuvent être enfilés les plots qui comportent un alésage vertical avec billes à ressort assurant leur maintien grâce à des rainures prévues sur les broches, une unité motorisée coulissant sur le rail, destinée à la mise en place, au retrait et au stockage des plots, étant équipée d'une pince mobile verticalement comportant une ouverture latérale en forme de U apte à s'insérer dans des gorges annulaires aménagées à la périphérie des plots. Il est destiné à la fabrication de divers types d'assemblages tels qu'éléments de charpente, et en particulier de fermes préfabriquées de dimensions limitées connues sous le nom de "fermettes", et très largement utilisées en construction traditionnelle pour le soutien des toitures inclinées.
