ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In order to make "Tofu" manufacturing works much easier and simpler, a series of works from a water- impregnating work into material soybeans to works of temperature-keeping and stirring of soybean milk are all performed automatically. A valve apparatus 97 inserted in a flow path between a hopper 1 and a crusher 3, a bittern charging chamber 52 which is located above a soybean milk receiver 12, and a discharge port of which is linked to this soybean milk receiver 12, a bittern feed valve 70 for opening and closing the above-mentioned discharge port 51, a first delay circuit 101 whereto a turn-on signal of a start switch 15 starting the apparatus is applied and which outputs a signal for opening the above-mentioned valve apparatus 97 and signals for starting the crusher 3 and the centrifugal separator 4, a second delay circuit 110 whereto an output of the above-mentioned first delay circuit 101 is applied, and a timer 111 which receives a delayed output of the second delay circuit 110 and outputs a signal for opening the bittern feed valve 70 for a constant time are installed, and on receiving an expiration signal of the above-mentioned timer 111 or an output of the above- mentioned second delay circuit 110, a stirrer 96 and a heater 84 for heating soybean milk are operated for a constant time.
