An automatic immunological analyzer, wherein reaction tube arrays are set between outer and inner circumferential edges of a reaction tube turret, and magnet-mounted pivotable magnet rings are provided therebetween. The effective B/F separation and agitation of a reagent of fine magnetic particles is carried out by making the positions of the reaction tubes and magnets stagger by one pitch in every one index time, and a photometric examination is then conducted by a chemiluminescence method. Since a method using a dedicated tip is employed for the dispensation of a sample and reagent, the tip is changed each time, so that mutual contamination does not occur. Dedicated pumps and nozzles are also used for an agitated liquid and an injected liquid.
Dispositif d'analyse immunologique automatique, dans lequel des ensembles de tubes de réaction sont disposés entre les pourtours extérieur et intérieur d'une tourelle de réaction, et des anneaux magnétiques pivotants à montage magnétique sont intercalés entre les tubes. La séparation effective éléments liés/éléments libres et l'agitation d'un réactif de particules magnétiques fines sont effectués en décalant les tubes et les aimants d'un cran au bout de chaque période de référence, un examen photométrique étant ensuite réalisé au moyen d'une méthode de chimioluminescence. L'emploi d'un procédé utilisant un embout individuel pour la distribution de l'échantillon et du réactif, comportant un changement d'embout à chaque opération permet d'éviter la contamination mutuelle. Des pompes et des ajustages individuels sont en outre utilisés pour un liquide agité et un liquide injecté.
