Counter-cutters (11) are slidably mounted along a common shaft (12) and a linear positioning unit (13) parallel to said shaft includes a rail slidably engaged by a carriage (14) supporting a positioning actuator (15) controlled by a control device. The cutters (17) may be secured to the counter-cutters and slide along at least one guide rail (21) during lateral movement of the cutting units.
