An exercise device to provide anchor points for exercises performed with elastic resistance band equipment. The exercise device is attached to an immovable structure, (the floor, a post, a wall). The exercise device provides; multiple anchor points (2) at a variety heights including underfoot and overhead for use with elastic resistance band equipment, efficient change of anchor point height, efficient change of resistance band strengths, efficient adjustment of the range of motion of the resistance band equipment, efficient adjustment for one or two handed exercises with resistance band equipment with two handles (3) using the multiple anchor points (2) on the convex side of the curved vertical structure (1) and efficient use of resistance band equipment with clips on both ends (6) providing multiple anchor points (2) on the concave side of the curved vertical structure (1).
