A backlight module with oval lenses for LCD utilizes LED as its light source, and comprises a guiding arm (2) and one or more LEDs (1); the surface of the guiding arm is provided with the conductive foil (21), the conductive foil is used to connect with driving circuit; the lighting dies (11) of the LEDs are mounted on the guiding arm, and the leads (12) of the lighting dies is connected with the conductive foil on its both sides; the epoxy is poured around the lighting die which has been mounted and bonded so as to form the oval lenses (13), the oval lenses can be curved shape, so that the rays of the LEDs scatter uniformly to make LEDs create uniform lighting surface on the LCD.

L'invention porte sur un module de rétroéclairage à lentilles ovales pour écran à cristaux liquides ("liquid crystal display" ou LCD) qui fait appel à un écran LCD comme source lumineuse et qui comprend: un bras de guidage (2) et une ou plusieurs diodes électroluminescentes (DEL) (1). La surface du bras de guidage est recouverte d'une feuille conductrice (21), la feuille conductrice permettant la connexion au circuit de commande. Les éléments d'éclairage (11) des DEL sont montés sur le bras de guidage, et les fils de connexion (12) des éléments d'éclairage sont reliés des deux côtés à la feuille conductrice. On verse de la résine époxyde autour des éléments d'éclairage qui ont été montés et liés afin de former la lentille ovale (13), les lentilles ovales pouvant être de forme incurvée de sorte que les rayons des DEL diffusent uniformément et permettent de créer une surface d'éclairage uniforme sur l'écran LCD.
