ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE. An improved glassware forming machine is disclosed wherein there is provided a baffle and or settle-blow head assembly which does not rely upon either individual springs for each of the baffle holders, but relies on a lever system for effecting equalizing closing forces on all of the baffles. In addition means are provided for moving the baffles vertically and horizontally substantially equal distances from their respective prison mold cavities in order that a minimum amount of space is used when the baffle arm is swung out of position over the prison mold thereby avoiding interfering with the adjacent machine section.
