The present invention relates to a bakery product, wherein at least four layers are produced, the bottom layer consisting of dough 2 to 7 mm thick, the second layer of a fat product or emulsion, these two layers being expanded by leavening agents and a baking process to a depth of 10 to 38 mm, preferably 16 to 32 mm, to which the third layer, comprising a liquid to structurally viscous fluid, is then applied, and is provided with a fourth layer comprising fillings that are typical for bakery products, such as vegetables, fruit, cocoa products, meat components, cheese, seed fruits, spices, herbs, etc. and mixtures thereof, a suitable baking underlay being added beneath the finished bakery product.
