A hot runner mould for injection moulding multilayered mouldings by simultaneously injecting various plastic melts into several cavities has a hot runner block (23a-c) slidingly supported between a top plate (21) at the side of the extruder and a hot runner plate (22) at the side of the cavities. A joining piece (24) firmly secured to said hot runner block is coupled to a feed bush (12) slidingly mounted on the top plate (21). The hot runner plate (22) can thus expand freely with temperature changes and the compression forces of the extruder do not act upon the hot runner block (23a-c) but are absorbed by the top plate (21). The feed paths for the various plastic melts change thanks to the structure in several parts of the hot runner block (23a- c) and to the controlled expansion movements of the hot runner block (23a-c) that are identical for all cavities.
Un moule à canaux chauffants de moulage de pièces moulées à couches multiples par injection simultanée de différentes matières plastiques fondues à l'intérieur de plusieurs cavités comprend un bloc chauffant (23a-c) soutenu de façon à coulisser entre une plaque de tête (21) côté extrudeuse et une plaque chauffante (22) côté cavité. Un élément de raccordement (24) solidaire de ce bloc chauffant est couplé à une buse d'alimentation (12) montée de façon à coulisser sur la plaque de tête (21). La plaque chauffante (22) peut ainsi se dilater sans problèmes lors de changements de la température et les forces de compression de l'extrudeuse n'agissent pas sur le bloc chauffant (23a-c) mais sont absorbées par la plaque de tête (21). Les voies d'écoulement des différentes matières plastiques fondues varient grâce à la structure en plusieurs parties du bloc chauffant (23a-c) et aux mouvements contrôlés de dilatation du bloc chauffant (23a-c) qui sont identiques pour toutes les cavités.
