The invention relates to a lightweight ballistic shelter comprising mutually connectable modular panels of two sizes only (8, 7, 6). Each panel (8, 7, 6) of the shelter structure is connectable to any other panel of the shelter system thus allowing protective structures of different sizes and shapes to be assembled therefrom. The shelter is assembled from planar panels of which at least one (6) has the shape of an equilateral triangle and at least another one (7) has a square shape. The shelter system also includes coupler means (4, 5) for connecting the modular panels (6, 7, 8) with each other.
L'invention concerne un abri balistique léger constitué de panneaux modulaires de seulement deux tailles (8, 7, 6) qui peuvent être fixés ensemble. Chacun des panneaux (8, 7, 6) de la structure de l'abri peut être fixé à tout autre panneau pour former des structures de protection de tailles et de formes différentes. L'abri est assemblé à partir des panneaux plats dont au moins un (6) a la forme d'un triangle équilatéral et au moins un autre (7) a une forme carrée. L'abri comprend aussi des dispositifs de fixation (4, 5) pour assembler les panneaux modulaires (6, 7, 8) l'un à l'autre.
