Abstract In relating to the movement of body parts, it is understood that in some cases, restriction of certain areas can be benificial in regards to strengh, stability and support. This invention secures the ankle joint within a skating boot, holding it firmly in place, by wrapping this invention around the outside of the boot through as adjustable tension band or strap. This enables the skater to increase his/her ability to perform to maximum potential.
