The present invention relates to benzopyran derivatives substituted with secondary amines including imidazole, their preparation, and pharmaceutical compositions containing them. The present invention is pharmacologically useful for the treatment of cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and diabetic retinopathies through anti-angiogenic properties, and also pharmacologically useful in the protection of heart and neuronal cells against ischemia- reperfusion injury or preserving organs.
L'invention porte sur des dérivés de benzopyrane substitués par des amines secondaires dont imidazole, sur leur préparation et sur des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant. Cette invention est pharmacologiquement utile dans le traitement du cancer, de l'arthrite rhumatoïde, des rétinopathies diabétiques grâce aux propriétés anti-angiogéniques, et également pharmacologiquement utile dans la protection des cellules cardiaques et neuronales contre les lésions ischémiques au retour de la perfusion ou dans la protection des organes.
