The present invention relates to a solvent-free, low viscosity binder composition which contains, in amounts sufficient to provide an NCO:OH equivalent ratio of 0.5:1 to 2.0:1, A) a polyisocyanate component containing one or more organic polyiso-cyanates and B) a solvent-free polyhydroxy component having a hydroxyl group content of3.0 to 18 wt.% and a viscosity at 23°C of 200 to 10,000 mPa.s, which contains B1) a hydroxy-functional polyacrylate component which is prepared by polymerizing a mixture of olefinically unsaturated monomers in which at least one monomer is hydroxy-functional in the presence of B2) a compound containing ether groups and having one or more hydroxy groups. The invention also relates to the use of this binder composition in solvent-freetwo-component polyurethane coating compositions for coating metallic or mineral substrates.
L'invention porte sur une composition liante, exempte de solvant, de faible viscosité, qui renferme, dans un rapport d'équivalents en NCO:OH de 0,5:1 à 2,0:1, A) un polyisocyanate contenant un ou plusieurs polyisocyanates organiques, B) un constituant polyhydroxylé, exempt de solvant, avec une teneur en hydroxyle de 3,0 à 18 % en poids et une viscosité de 200 à 10 000 mPa.s à 23 degrés C, qui renferme B1) un polyacrylate hydroxylé, préparé par polymérisation d'un mélange de monomères à insaturations oléfiniques, dans lesquels au moins un monomère a une fonction hydroxyle en présence B2) d'un composé contenant des groupes éthers et possédant un ou plusieurs groupes hydroxy. L'invention porte également sur l'emploi de cette composition liante dans des compositions à base de polyuréthane, exemptes de solvant et à deux constituants, pour le revêtement de substrats métalliques ou minéraux.
