L~invention concerne un copolyester aliphatique/aromatique biodégradable comprenant : A) un composant acide comprenant des motifs répétitifs constitués : 1) de 49 à 63 % en mole d'un acide carboxylique aromatique ; 2) de 51 à 37 % en mole d'un acide carboxylique aliphatique, dont au moins 50 % correspond à l~acide brassylique ; B) un composant de type diol ; ledit copolyester se décomposant en 90 jours selon la norme ISO 20200.
