Biodegradable polymeric composition and method for producing a biodegradable polymeric composition, comprising poly(hydroxybutyrate) or copolymers thereof, a plasticizer obtained from a renewable source, a nucleant additive, a flow aid additive, and a thermal stabilizer additive. The process of obtention comprises the steps of mixing to a load of PHB or PHBV in powder, from about 2% to 30% of a plasticizer based on vegetable oils of natural origin and fatty acids of animal and vegetable origin, distilled and hydrogenated; mixing to the biopolymer already containing the plasticizer a thermal stabilizer additive, a nucleant additive; and a flow aid additive; and extruding the composition obtained in the previous step to promote, in the melt state, the incorporation of the additives in the matrix of PHB or PHBV and its subsequent granulation.
L'invention concerne une composition polymérique biodégradable et une méthode de production d'une composition polymérique biodégradable. La composition polymérique comprend un poly(hydroxybutyrate) ou des copolymères de ce dernier, un plastifiant obtenu d'une source renouvelable, un additif nucléant, un additif fluidifiant et un additif de stabilisation thermique. La méthode de préparation consiste à: mélanger à une charge de PHB ou de PHBV en poudre 2 à 30% d'un plastifiant à base d'huiles végétales d'origine naturelle et d'acides gras d'origine animale ou végétale distillé et hydrogéné; mélanger au biopolymère contenant déjà le plastifiant un additif de stabilisation thermique, un additif nucléant et un additif fluidifiant; et extruder la composition obtenue à l'étape précédente afin favoriser, à l'état de fusion, l'incorporation des additifs dans la matrice de PHB ou de PHBV et la granulation subséquente de la composition.
