Abstract of the Disclosure Provided is a protein-containing product processed from any one of the various acid or sweet types of wheys or from other protein sources such as soy beans, the products having a very bland taste, having lost much of the odor characteristic of the protein source, and having been enhanced in sweetness. Fresh, uncooled whey or some other protein source is power blended with various materials which cooperate to form a sub- stance having generally colloidal properties, such colloidal substance being readily floculated into two fractions separable from each other by a simple decanting procedure.
