A breadstick tasting bread-like is formed from a dough for breadstick making which incorporates an aqueous suspension of a mixture of flour and yeast. After said dough has been allowed to rise, and rolled, from the resulting sheet dough preforms are prepared which are then subjected to a preliminary, quick baking heat treatment step followed by baking to completion.

Formation d'un longuet ayant un goût de pain au moyen d'une pâte à longuet constituée d'un mélange de farine et de levure dans une suspension aqueuse. Après avoir laissé cette pâte lever et après l'avoir roulée, on fabrique des préformes en se servant de la pâte laminée obtenue; on soumet alors ces préformes à un traitement thermique de cuisson rapide, avant de les faire cuire au complet.
