The invention concerns a building framework comprising posts (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) with L-shaped, T-shaped or cross-shaped transverse cross-section, depending on whether they serve as support for two, three or four beam (7, 8) ends. Principal beams (7) aligned mutually parallel and transverse beams (8) arranged transversely to said alignments are supported at each of their ends by a post (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) wing and are horizontally oriented along the direction of said wings. The transverse beam (8) lower surface is at an intermediate level between the principal beam (7) lower and upper surfaces. The beams (7, 8) and the posts (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) are linked by assembling means at each framework node, thereby ensuring the continuity of the abutted beams and superposed posts, in view of the compression-tension loads. The flooring elements (2) are supported by the principal beams (7).

Les poteaux (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) de l'ossature ont une section transversale en L, en T ou en croix, suivant qu'ils servent d'appui à deux, trois ou quatre extrémités de poutres (7, 8). Des poutres principales (7) disposées suivant des alignements parallèles entre eux, et des poutres transversales (8) disposées transversalement à ces alignements prennent appui par chacune de leurs extrémités sur une aile de poteau (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) et sont horizontalement orientées suivant la direction de ces ailes (2, 6). La face inférieure des poutres transversales (8) se trouve à un niveau intermédiaire entre les faces inférieure et supérieure des poutres principales (7). Des moyens d'assemblage relient les poutres (7, 8) et les poteaux (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) en chaque noeud de l'ossature, en assurant la continuité des poutres aboutées et des poteaux superposés, pour les efforts de traction et de compression. Les éléments de plancher (2) prennent appui sur les poutres principales (7).
