The present invention provides isolated peptides having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 43 or immunologically active fragments thereof, which bind to HLA antigen and have cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) inducibility. The present invention further provides peptides which include one, two, or several amino acid insertions, substitution or addition to the aforementioned peptides or fragments, but still have the cytotoxic T cell inducibility. Further provided are nucleic acids encoding any of these aforementioned peptides as well as pharmaceutical agents and compositions including any of the aforementioned peptides or nucleic acids. The peptides, nucleic acids, pharmaceutical agents and compositions of this invention may be used for treating cancer or tumor.
La présente invention concerne des peptides isolés présentant la séquence d'acides aminés SEQ ID NO : 43 ou des fragments immunologiquement actifs de ces peptides, qui se lient à un antigène HLA et présentent l'inductibilité du lymphocyte T cytotoxique (CTL). La présente invention comprend en outre des peptides qui comprennent une, deux, ou plusieurs insertions, substitutions ou additions d'acides aminés aux peptides ou fragments susmentionnés, mais qui présentent toujours l'inductibilité de la cellule T cytotoxique. L'invention concerne également des acides nucléiques codant pour l'un quelconque de ces peptides susmentionnés ainsi que des agents et compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant l'un quelconque des peptides ou acides nucléiques susmentionnés. Les peptides, acides nucléiques, agents et compositions pharmaceutiques de l'invention peuvent être utilisés pour traiter un cancer ou une tumeur.
