The present invention provides a method of calibrating a fuel nozzle patternation system (10) comprising steps of testing a master nozzle having desired spray characteristics in the system (10) to determine a virtual origin (C) of the system and then using the virtual origin (C) to replace a fixed spatial origin (O) of the system for testing other nozzles (13) of the same nozzle family.
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'étalonnage d'un système (10) analyseur de répartition pour gicleurs à combustible, ledit procédé comportant les étapes consistant à : tester un gicleur de référence présentant les caractéristiques de pulvérisation souhaitées dans le système (10) pour déterminer une origine virtuelle (C) du système puis à utiliser cette origine virtuelle (C) pour remplacer une origine spatiale (O) fixe du système afin de tester d'autres gicleurs (13) de la même famille de gicleurs.
