A method of making capacitors (25) comprising, providing as the dielectric (27) and/or conductive layers (26), a material made from a diamond-like nanocomposite solid-state material having interpenetrating atomic scale networks of carbon in a diamond-like carbon network stabilized by hydrogen, a glass-like silicon network stabilized by oxygen, and optionally at least one additional network of dopant elements or dopant compounds having elements from Groups 1-7b and 8 of the periodic table.

Procédé de fabrication de condensateurs (25) à base d'un matériau formant le diélectrique (27) et/ou les couches conductrices (26) et constitué par un matériau semi-conducteur nanocomposite semblable au diamant, possédant des réseaux de carbone à l'échelle atomique à pénétration réciproque consistant en un réseau de carbone semblable au diamant stabilisé par hydrogène, en un réseau de silicium vitreux stabilisé par oxygène et, éventuellement, en au moins un réseau supplémentaire d'éléments ou de composés dopants possédant des éléments provenant des groupes 1-7b et 8 de la classification périodique.
