A capacitor laminate is described either as an intermediate product or as part of the assembled printed circuit board (10) to provide a bypass capacitive function for devices on the printed circuit board (10), the capacitor laminate being formed from conductive sheets and an intermediate sheet of dielectric material forming the laminated capacitor as a structurally rigid assembly, components of the capacitor laminate having selected characteristics whereby each individual device (12) is provided with capacitance by a proportional portion of the capacitor laminate and by borrowed from other portions of the capacitor laminate, the capacitive function being dependent upon random operation of the devices. Methods of manufacture for the capacitor laminate as well as the capacitive PCB (10) and surface treatment thereof are also described.
Cette invention concerne un stratifié capacitif devant entrer dans la fabrication d'une carte à circuits imprimés (10) ou faisant déjà de ce produit fini afin de servir de condensateur de dérivation aux dispositifs montés sur celui-ci. L'objet de l'invention est formé de pellicules conductrices disposées de part et d'autre d'un matériau diélectrique pour former un ensemble capacitif rigide dont les composants ont des caractéristiques choisies de telle sorte que chaque dispositif (12) ait accès à une capacité de condensation d'une portion proportionnelle du stratifié avec possibilité d'emprunt à d'autres portions du stratifié, la fonction capacitive étant asservie au fonctionnement aléatoire des dispositifs. Cette invention propose également des méthodes de fabrication, des cartes à circuits imprimées capacitives et des techniques de traitement de surface.
